Ski Team Alta Badia & Alta Badia Ski Academy
The Alta Badia Ski Academy was created by Ski Team Club Alta Badia (formerly Sci Club Ladinia), an historical Italian ski race club located in Alta Badia, in the heart of the Dolomites. The Dolomites are one of UNESCO natural paradises and are among the most beautiful mountains in the world. Founded in 1946, Ski Team Alta Badia ranks among the best in Italy: over the years our athletes won countless national, international and World Cup competitions, feeding numerous athletes to the national ski team, in Alpine skiing, Cross country, Big Mountain, and snowboard. For the last 35 years, we have organized the WC GS on “Gran Risa” Giant Slalom, one of the “Classics” in the Men’s Alpine Ski World Cup, and the PG. Alta Badia Academy is not a commercial operation, which makes us competitive in terms of prices. it is a small program and we intend to keep it as such, putting the emphasis on quality and personalized attention. Ski Team Alta Badia is also at the forefront of innovation in Alpine Skiing. Among other, we are grant recipients of two European Commission ERASMUS-Sport grants, DC4SKI and ESKI.
